Cobre partners with BHP Billiton to explore Botswana copper-silver mine

Recently, Australian mining company Cobre announced that it has signed a letter of intent with a wholly owned subsidiary of global mining

 giant BHP Billiton (BHP) for a Tier 1 copper-silver mine. This partnership not only marks a significant step forward for Cobre's Kitlanya West

 and East copper projects in Botswana, but also heralds a new journey of mining exploration for both companies.

According to the letter of intent, Cobre and BHP Billiton will exclusively negotiate a substantial revenue joint venture agreement for the Kitlanya

 West and East copper projects. This means that in the coming days, the two companies will cooperate deeply in project development, capital

 investment, technology sharing and revenue sharing to jointly promote the smooth progress of these two projects. This in-depth cooperation
