Recently, Betray announced that it intends to invest in the construction of an integrated project with an annual output

 of 60,000 tonnes of lithium battery anode materials in Morocco through its wholly-owned subsidiary - Betray Mediterranean

The project is expected to have a total investment of not more than RMB2.618 billion, with a construction period 

of approximately 2 years, and is located in Tangier Science and Technology City in Morocco. Tangier Science and 

Technology City is located on the Mediterranean coast, close to the European market, and its unique geographical

 location provides a convenient access to the sea for Betray's anode material products, which is conducive to

 the company's better service to global customers. In addition, as the first country in North Africa to sign the ‘One Belt, 

One Road’ co-operation plan with China, Morocco's abundant raw material resources, stable political and economic

 environment, and friendly foreign trade policies provide a strong guarantee for Beyondsoft's investment and 

construction in the country.

The construction of the project in Morocco is another important milestone in the globalisation strategy of Betray 

after the commissioning of the project in Indonesia. After the project is put into operation, it will form an integrated 

capacity of anode materials with an annual output of 60,000 tonnes, which will complement the company's 50,000 tonnes 

annual output of lithium battery cathode materials project in Morocco, and build up a complete industrial chain layout 

of ‘cathode+negative electrode’. This layout not only helps to enhance the competitiveness of Betray in the global anode

 material market, but also better meet the demand of domestic and foreign customers for high-quality and high-performance 

lithium battery materials.
